Families can face a range of challenges, and sometimes a little extra support can make a big difference. The Family Connect in Schools Service is a free and confidential service that helps families access the right support at the right time.
What is The Family Connect Service?
The Family Connect Service is here to assist families in navigating life’s challenges by linking them to the right services and resources. Whether you need guidance on parenting, housing, financial assistance, or emotional well-being, our Family Connect Worker is ready to support you.
How Can The Family Connect Worker Help?
Our Family Connect Worker can assist with:
- Parenting challenges
- Accessing NDIS and disability support services
- Linking to medical assessments
- Linking to housing and welfare support
- Finding counselling services
- Support for families experiencing domestic violence
- Culturally appropriate support
Who Can Access This Service?
Any family or young person aged 16 years or over within our school community can access this service. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out – we’re here to help.
